What's the contract length?
Annual by default, billed monthly or annually in advance. Quarterly available for new logos in the proof-of-concept phase.
Do you offer a proof-of-concept discount?
Yes. New customers get the first three months at 50% off, on any tier, while we connect to your environment, walk your team through the toolchain, and validate the value on your own workflows.
What does "per developer" mean?
A developer is anyone on your team who makes calls to the REST API or the MCP layer. Read-only viewers and FM end users do not count. Service accounts you wire into pipelines do not count.
Do you bill in EUR or GBP?
USD is the headline price. We can quote and invoice in EUR or GBP at the prevailing rate. Tax and withholding handled per jurisdiction.
What's included in "AI client"?
You bring the AI client (watsonx Code Assistant, Claude Desktop, VS Code, custom MCP client) and the AI provider (Anthropic, IBM, AWS Bedrock, your own). Inference stays on your contracts. We supply the platform layer that makes TRIRIGA legible to whichever AI you run.
What about MREF on MAS 9.1+?
MREF compatibility is in active validation. Existing tier pricing applies on MREF environments under the same agreement, no separate licence. See the migrations page for how the toolchain transfers.
